Architectural and structural design for a pedestrian bridge across the Elbe River for an architectural competition commissioned by the city of Hradec Králové. It is a cast-in-situ high-strength concrete frame structure with longitudinal post-tensioning cables. The bridge is spanning over a free length of 64.0 m and the overall length of the structure is 81.0 m. The free width is constant 12.5 m without separation of pedestrian and bicycle traffic. The cross-section is designed as trapezoidal slab with light appearance from a side view.
